Once you have received a quote which will include a brief and having had a any questions answered / alterations made, just press the accept button and we'll be on it straight away.
Having checked your order we will send you a confirmation and contract for you to sign. There is nothing to pay until you have approved the working prototype.
Approve the prototype or request alterations. The prototype is a working mockup of your website without any content or images. At this point you start making your monthly payments.

On receipt of your prototype approval we will put your website into final production inline with the agreed delivery timeframe as specified on your accepted quote.
Once launched, we monitor your site closely for any potential problems and carry out any tweaks requested by you.
During the first month we also work with search engine to ensure that your content is meeting their criteria.

You will receive your quote from our system via email and once you are happy with your quote, accept online with a reference or Purchase order number of required and your order will be processed.
Alternatively if you have any comments, queries or would like another quote quote leave us a message and we will get back to you.
Once received we will send a draft contract for you to check and sign.
We will not proceed to build until we have your approval of the prototype. This ensures we have all the essentials in place before adding content
We will provide you with a link to upload your content.
If you want us to create your content and source images etc. there is an extra one-off charge for this.
Once approved you will need to set up a direct debit for your monthly payments. These will start immediately on approval of the prototype.
If we don't launch your site within the agreed deadline for any reason (other than having not received content from you by agreed dates) the payments will be suspended until the site does launch.
